Omagh 3rd XV got a morale boosting victory over Queens 3rd XV on Saturday as they scored 3 tries and got a last minute penalty to win the game. Tries from Kyle Alexander, Sheldon Monteith and Matthew Black along with 2 conversions and 2 penalties from Luke Murnaghan sent them to the sheds freezing but happy with their days work.
The win was overshadowed by a very serious leg injury to one of QUB’s players early on in the match and all at OARFC send Queens and the player their best wishes for a full recovery.
